Meet ME

As a past very competitive athlete I wanted to learn how to just stay in shape, look good in my 40's, balance life, and be happy without having to WIN WIN WIN!!!  Wo2theMAX has a story, one from my past, my today and my forever. The support and encouragement I have been given this last year I only want to share with others!!!

Keeping it Clean

Does everyday have to be perfect? The perfect number, the perfect interval, the perfect set, the perfect diet? NO. The key is balance and yes balance means consistency and eating right, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy life!!!

Happy to Happier

Riding my bike 25 hours a week as an endurance cyclist to now exercising less than a 3rd of that was hard at first, but I can tell you I am happier with a more balanced approach to life than I have ever had before.

2023 Update, 20 pounds up from being a pure cyclist, all muscle and very lean.
